How to Buy an Account on LockN.GG
Buying an account on LockN.GG is fast, transparent, and protected from start to finish. Follow the steps below to purchase with confidence.
Step 1: Open the Accounts section
Click Accounts in the top bar of the LockN.GG website.
Choose the game you want to buy an account for.
Step 2: Browse and select an account
Look through the listings for your chosen game and review each one carefully before deciding:
Title: the headline details of the account.
Description and images: read every detail and inspect all images so you don't miss anything important.
Step 3: Proceed to checkout
Click Checkout on the account you've chosen, then review your payment summary:
Order Price: the base price of the account.
Order Price After Discount: the reduced price, if a discount applies.
Main Balance Deduction: any amount covered by your LockN.GG balance.
Payment Fees: extra fees that apply when using an external payment method.
Remaining Payment: the amount still due via your selected payment method.
If your balance doesn't cover the full amount, pay the remainder by debit/credit card or another available method. Add the required details, choose your payment method, and click Buy Now.
Step 4: Access your order
After your purchase, you'll be taken to your Order Page. You can find all your orders any time under Purchased Orders in the menu.
Step 5: Contact the seller
On the order page, message the seller through the order chat and wait for their response within the guaranteed delivery time.
If delivery is instant, the account details appear immediately in the chat and above the order chat section. The seller will provide the details and help complete the account transfer.
Step 6: Confirm ownership
Once you've received the account and verified that it matches the description:
Click Order Received on the order page.
Check every box in the confirmation window to confirm you've taken ownership.
If anything is wrong (the seller is unresponsive, the account doesn't match the description, or any other issue), click Raise a Dispute to bring in customer support. They'll help resolve the problem or process a refund.
Step 7: Use your warranty period
Every order includes a free 5 to 14 day warranty (the exact length depends on the game). If fraud occurs during this period, such as the account being lost or altered, contact customer support through the order page to request a refund. See Account Warranty for full protection details.

After you've verified the account
Once the account is confirmed as described, secure it right away:
Change the account email and password.
Update the billing information, if any is present.

Old School RuneScape Standard security steps apply. Confirm your purchase within the 5-day warranty from the moment of purchase.
World of Warcraft Classic
Do not change the Owner Name or Country on the account.
Log in to Battle.net first to verify the new login IP.

Fortnite
